Latest Designs

My 1st Picture is of these Large Paisley Design Fabric and Glass Coasters.

These are 4 inches square. I needed to make them waterproof at the back and decided to use Evirotex Lite coating, which is an epoxy resin that dries as clear as glass and has a lovely sheen!!

I also had some Beautiful Butterfly fabric and decided to make these Decorative Tiles, that could also be used as Coasters, though these are a bit smaller - 3 inches square.

I have actually made a few more, but have yet to get them completely cleaned up. I nearly chopped my finger off with my stanley knife this morning!!
This last Picture is the reverse side that has been coated with resin!

I am really pleased with the results and hope to have them for sale in my Folksy shop soon.

Those Paisley ones are awesome! Are you going to put felt or cork on the back to protect surfaces? I'm making resin coasters but can't decide what to do with them...

These are brill!!! Great idea to combine the glass and resin. I use bumpers on my glass coasters too.

I love the paisley ones!
I use the little clear bumpers that wilkinsons sell. I haven't done glass coasters for ages. My kiln is so small I can only do one at a time! lol :)
